Abstract: The research is based on determining the correspondence of the organizational climate with the work performance in workers of the private university of Ica -2016, therefore, pure research with transactional and relational design was applied because it allowed to seek correspondence with the variables under study. The tool used was a questionnaire. The existence of the relationship of the organizational climate and the job performance of workers at the Private University of Ica -2016 was evident, this is reflected in Table 16 which indicates that there is a Pearson coefficient of 0.718 that represents a direct correspondence between the study variables.
