dc.description.abstractObjective: Determine the study of legislation in the field of female sexual harassment in women in the public occupational sphere in 2020, Chincha. Methodology: The type of research is basic at the descriptive-explanatory level; where the justice operators, who made up the sample, answer measurable questions (survey) through a questionnaire reflecting the real situation of each one of them. The synthetic-analytical method was applied, generalizing the results to larger groups, also affecting a small group considering the processes followed in the research after systematically explaining everything used in the thesis work. Population: The small population was constituted in the sample; made up of justice operators, at a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5%. So what; Considering the results based on data processing, the general conclusion was reached that the prevention measures against sexual harassment, well implemented, influence the effective performance, especially of the workers of the public labor regime in Chincha. Results: The indicators that guided the survey made it possible to collect adequate information regarding the causes that led to the acquisition of an adequate interpretation of the current regulations; who with her shortcomings became an important sample element. Conclusion: The aforementioned work is justified by its transversal content of a deontological nature, as it is involved in the natural development of the female gender, maintaining the rank of civil servant or public servant in whatever the work environment may be.
