Abstract: The research is entitled "Transformational Leadership and its relationship with Job Performance in the Mass Store in Villa el Salvador" proposing as a general objective to determine the relationship between the Transformational Leadership variable and Job Performance in the Mass store under study. The research has a quantitative, basic, correlational character, with a descriptive and non-experimental, transectional design. The population was made up of 25 workers and the convenience sample was made up of the total number of workers (25) of the company in question. A general conclusion was reached which determines the existence of a direct and significant relationship between the Transformational Leadership variable and the Work performance variable of the store under study.
