dc.description.abstractObjective: to determine the psychosocial risk factors related to work performance in the personnel of the San Rafael 2021 Medical Post. Materials and methods: Presenting a methodology of a quantitative type, of a descriptive correlational level, with a non-experimental design. The sample population was made up of 100 personnel from the San Rafael Medical Post; As a technique, the survey was used, with the instruments used to collect the data, they came to make the questionnaire on "Psychosocial risk factors" and the Instrument "Work performance" for the second variable. Results: they evidenced there is a mean positive correlation of Spearman's Rho = 0.580, between psychosocial risk factors with job performance in the staff of the San Rafael 2021 Medical Center, and 51% indicate that they are at a medium level in the factors of psychosocial risk, and 58% indicate that they are in a medium level of performance Conclusion: Finally, it is possible to conclude that psychosocial risk factors are significantly related to work performance in the personnel of the San Rafael Medical Post 2021.
