In this research, the objective was to determine the degree of relationship that exists between the Management of administrative processes and the work environment of the company Textil, 2016. The research design used was Non-Experimental with cross-section, applied type, correlational descriptive level and with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 80 workers distributed between the administrative, production and sales areas. In order to determine the sample size, we use the finite population formula, resulting in 67 workers, who were randomly chosen from among the different areas of the company. The survey was carried out as a data collection technique and as an instrument a questionnaire of 16 questions with an ordinal Likert scale for each variable, validated through expert judgments. As a statistical data analysis tool we used the SPSS25 program from which we obtained the statistical tables and figures, also the Cronbach's Alpha calculation to measure the reliability of the measurement scale where we acquired the results of α = 0.965 for the Process Management variable administrative and the result for the Work Climate variable is α = 0.971 where it is evidenced that the internal consistency of the questionnaire is very reliable. The hypothesis was tested using Spearman's Rho test, which has a significance level (bilateral) less than 0.05, 0.000 <0.05, that is, the null hypothesis is therefore rejected. And with a degree of correlation of r = 0.772, showing that there is a very strong positive correlation between the variables Management of administrative processes and the work environment in the company.
