Abstract: The research aims to determine the relationship between incomplete delivery and obstetric factors in pregnant women treated at the Hospital Santa María del Socorro 2019, its methodology was basic, its level is descriptive and its design is non-experimental, whose sample was 51 puerperal women who presented incomplete delivery, in their results it was found that 60.8% presented retention by membranes and 39.2% by retention of the placenta, of which the risk factors were: 76.5% multiparous of 2-5 deliveries, 51% antecedents curettage and 41.2% a history of cesarean section curettage, concluding that there is a significant association between incomplete delivery and obstetric factors in pregnant women treated at Hospital Santa Maria del Socorro 2019.
