Abstract: The present research aimed to determine the complications related with late-term pregnancy in pregnant women attended at the Hospital Saint Joseph Chincha from January to October 2019, with a methodology, Basic Research level, Descriptive type, quantitative approach and nonexperimental design, the The sample will be 82 pregnant women with lateterm pregnancies, treated at the Santa María del Socorro Hospital; Finding in their results that the incidence of late-term pregnancy was 34.1%, regarding the associated factors we have: postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 34.1%, fetal distress 54.9% presented an Apgar score of less than 9 at 5 minutes, oligohydramnios was 25.6%, fetal macrosomia was 39% and birth trauma was 20.7%, concluding that risk factors are associated with late-term pregnancy.
