ANÁLISIS ESTRUCTURAL DE LAS CADENAS AGROINDUSTRIALES EN EL MARCO DE LA REGLAMENTACIÓN DE PRODUCCIÓN DE PISCO, 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the structural analysis of agroindustrial chains within the framework of the Pisco production regulations, 2021. Material and method: The methodological design of this present investigation is non-experimental. This research is descriptive level, and has a quantitative approach. The present investigation is of an applied type since the present investigation seeks to intervene in a situation and achieve a significant improvement in the study sample. Results: it is observed that 44 samples were of the Pure Aromatic type (Italia, Torontel, Moscatel and Albilla varieties) during (2021), 33 (75.0%) samples were suitable, while 11 (25.0%) were not suitable. in 1 or more of the 8 physicochemical parameters established in the Regulation of the Designation of Origin Pisco. According to the Tukey Test in Table 20, it can be inferred that the means of the campaigns of the years 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015, do not present significant differences, since their means shown in Table 19, oscillate within the Confidence intervals, that is, the mean of ° GL of the 2014 campaign is within the confidence interval of the 2015 campaign, as well as of 2013, 2010 and vice versa, while the averages of the campaigns of the years 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015 are significantly different from the 2016 campaign. Conclusion: Some samples of the study could not be part of this evaluation because they are considered atypical data as the raw material is not found in optimal conditions, according to the phytosanitary evaluation carried out when the raw material enters the plant for processing, without However, it was carried out under the responsibility of the client.
