Abstract: The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between Human Talent Management and job performance, the study is aimed at workers in the provincial municipality of Ica Region, which was carried out in 2016, the type of research is quantitative correlational applied and descriptive, the research design is non-experimental cross-sectional. The total population is 250 workers and the sample is 156 workers, the instrument used was the questionnaire. A value of p <0.000 is obtained for significance, for the second specific objective a value of 0.594 has been found, indicating a moderate positive correlation between the evaluation dimension and work performance with respect to significance, a value of p <0.000 is obtained For the third specific objective it has been found that there is a moderate positive correlation of 0.633 between labor productivity and human talent management with respect to significance, a value of p <0.000 is obtained and for the fourth specific objective it indicates that there is a moderate positive correlation of 0.665 between work efficiency and work performance with respect to significance, a value of p <0.000 is obtained. In conclusion, there is a moderate positive correlation between the management of human talent and job performance, for which the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
